Shipping and Returns
ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS
In order to be able to transport the flowers safely, we have to transport them in large boxes. This means that shipping costs are somewhat more expensive on these products.
Norway: Free delivery on orders over NOK 2,000. On orders below this, shipping costs NOK 150.
Sweden, Denmark and Finland: NOK 150 on all orders
HEAVY PRODUCTS (EX. VASES)
Extra heavy products, such as several of our vases, must be packed extra well and due to the weight, shipping costs are somewhat more expensive for these products. Current products are marked.
Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland: NOK 300
REMAINING PRODUCTS
Norway: Free delivery on orders over NOK 1500. On orders below this, shipping costs NOK 79
Sweden, Denmark and Finland: NOK 150 on all orders
Smaller items
such as the stainless steel collection, our artificial flowers and interiors, are shipped from our warehouse in Oslo, Norway with Bring. Estimated delivery time for ordering these items is
Norway: 5-7 working days*.
Sweden, Denmark, Finland: 7-10 working days*.
Larger items
such as lighting and furniture, are sent with DHL Express. Estimated delivery time for larger items is 2-4 weeks*.
Exception
*During periods of sales, special offers, launches etc. the above timeframe may be extended. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order on time, but cannot predict or solve unforeseen problems that affect the shipment, e.g. extreme weather or accidents.
If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent to them by DHL or Bring, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all costs incurred in such a return + a handling fee of NOK 300.
All items purchased through this service can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our terms. We offer a 14-day right of return for goods purchased through this service.
The right to return or exchange an item only applies if the item is returned or exchanged in the same condition as you received it. All product instructions, documents and packaging must also be included. Items that are damaged, not in the same condition as when you received them, or used beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. We therefore recommend that you take good care of the goods while they are in your possession.
The customer is responsible for shipping and delivery costs when returning (unless otherwise agreed), provided that the return is not due to an error by Astra Studio. We are not responsible for lost shipments when returning goods. We recommend that you keep the receipt for shipping when returning.
In case of return, we will refund you no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods. The refund is made via the same payment method that was used when ordering, and you incur no fees for the refund.
As our Murano chandeliers are sent directly from Italy, it is unfortunately not possible to return them. If you have any questions about this, you can contact us at info@astrastudio.no or via our contact form, and we will help you as best we can!
You also do not have the right to return or exchange orders for the delivery of the following goods:
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly customized.
• Goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate quickly, or have expired.
• Goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel your order other than by return or exchange, as we immediately start processing the order once it has been placed.

Please note that all taxes, VAT, and import duties for countries outside of Norway are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any customs fees and local taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding the applicable charges.
