You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card or other payment method in connection with any order; and that (ii) the information you provide to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide information to third parties for payment processing to facilitate the completion of your order.

We continuously update our offer of goods on the service. The items available on our Service may be mispriced, inaccurately described or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information about our items on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including pricing, product images, specifications, availability and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without notice.

Astra Studio reserves the right to revise prices at any time before an order is accepted.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company after an order has been accepted in the event of any event affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping costs, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the Company's control. In that case, you will have the right to return or exchange your order.

Orders can only be placed in the currency applicable to your country of delivery and we cannot offer alternative currency pricing to any customers.

All pricing is shown including all taxes.

When ordering outside Norway, the customer is responsible for any taxes such as customs and VAT that accrue in the applicable country where the order comes from.

All goods purchased are subject to a one-off payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express card and Applepay.

Payment cards (credit or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the necessary authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Any promotions made available through the Service may be subject to rules separate from these Terms.

If you participate in promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our privacy policy. If the rules of a promotion conflict with these terms, the promotion rules will control.
