Yes, we offer international shipping to several destinations. Please note that all taxes and import duties in countries outside Norway are covered by the customer. Murano chandeliers are handmade chandeliers made of artistic glass produced on Murano, an island in Venice, known for its high level of glassblowing art. These chandeliers are known for their timeless elegance, unique design and high quality of materials.

Yes! The metal structure of the lamps is vintage restored, while the glass is newly blown. This makes it possible to special order glass in different colors, as well as different lengths. Our supplier can also dye the original metal structure to gold (both matte and clear).

We can provide documentation proving that the glass in our Murano chandeliers is handmade by a renowned master glassmaker from Venice. We can share this documentation with you upon request, so you can be confident that our products are authentic and made with the highest quality craftsmanship.

We have product liability insurance that covers any damage caused by our products. The electrical components in the chandeliers are new and tested with special tools to ensure they function properly.

Murano chandeliers are custom-made products and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. Please contact us with any questions about your product.

Our artificial flowers are made from materials such as PU, foam, plastic and silk.

1. Shaking or brushing: To keep artificial flowers fresh and clean, we recommend that you vacuum or gently brush them to remove dust. You can use a soft, dry brush or a vacuum cleaner with a low-power brush attachment to remove dust from the leaves and petals. If the flower has become distorted, you can gently adjust the leaves and petals to their original shape.
2. Protect from sunlight: Artificial flowers can fade or lose their color if exposed to direct sunlight over time. To avoid this, you should place the flowers in a location where they are not in constant sunlight. If you must have them near a window, you may want to use curtains or blinds to protect them from the sun's harsh rays.
3. Avoid high humidity: Although artificial flowers are made to withstand some moisture, prolonged exposure to high humidity (such as in a bathroom or outdoors) can damage the materials over time. SMake sure the flowers are not exposed to moisture for extended periods.

If the flowers are very dirty, they can be washed gently.

How to wash them:

1. Fill a bucket with lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild soap (such as dishwashing liquid or a mild cleaning agent).
2. Dip a soft cloth in the soapy water and gently wipe the flowers and leaves. Be careful not to over-wet the material, as this can damage the plastic or foam.
3. Use a dry cloth or towel to gently dry the flowers after washing. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage the colors or material.

With proper care, artificial flowers can be a beautiful and long-lasting addition to your home, and they will retain their beauty and freshness throughout the year. By following these simple maintenance tips, you can enjoy your flowers for a long time without worry!
