Norway: Free delivery on orders over NOK 1500. For orders below this threshold, we charge NOK 79.
There are some exceptions where products have a higher shipping cost, such as certain heavy vases or furniture. These are specified on the product page and will be indicated at checkout.

Sweden, Denmark, and Finland: NOK 150 for all orders. Please note that VAT, taxes, and any additional fees applicable outside Norway are not included in this price.

Smaller items, such as the stainless steel collection and home decor, are shipped from our warehouse in Oslo, Norway with Bring. Estimated delivery time for these items is:

• Norway: 5-7 business days*
• Sweden, Denmark, Finland: 7-10 business days*

Larger items, such as lighting and furniture, are shipped with DHL Express. Estimated delivery time for larger items is 2-4 weeks*.

If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent to them by DHL or Bring, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all costs incurred in such a return, plus a handling fee of NOK 300.

*During sale periods, special offers, launches, etc., the timeframes above may be extended. We do our best to ensure you receive your order on time but cannot foresee or resolve unforeseen issues affecting shipping, such as extreme weather or accidents. For some products, we have a longer delivery time. This will be specified on the product page for the relevant items, as well as at checkout.

Any items you purchase through this service can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with these terms and conditions.

We offer a 14-day return policy for items purchased through this service. We will deduct a return fee (100 NOK) before processing the refund.

Your right to return or exchange an order applies only to items returned or exchanged in the same condition as you received them. You should also include all product instructions, documents, and packaging. Items that are damaged, not in the same condition as you received them, or worn beyond opening the original packaging, will not be refunded. Therefore, you should take care of the purchased items while they are in your possession.

Upon return, we will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

As our Murano chandeliers are shipped directly from Italy, unfortunately, it is not possible to return them. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us at info@astrastudio.no or through our contact form, and we will assist you as best as we can!

You will also not have the right to return or exchange an order for the delivery of any of the following items:

• Delivery of items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Delivery of items that are by their nature not suitable for return, deteriorate quickly, or where the expiry date has passed.
• Delivery of items that, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Please note that it is not possible to cancel your order in any other way than by returning or exchanging it, as we immediately begin processing your order once it is placed.
