These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Astra Studio and constitute the agreement between you and Astra Studio AS (“we”, “us”, or “our”). They outline the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of our website and services.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

INFORMATION REQUIRED TO ORDER

To complete a purchase, you may be asked to provide relevant details, including your full name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment details.

You confirm that:

1. You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
2. All information you submit is accurate and complete.
   

By submitting this information, you allow us to share it with secure third-party payment processors for the sole purpose of completing your order.

Estimated delivery time: 2-4 weeks depending on destination of order and capacity.

Please note: During peak periods (sales, launches, etc.) handling times may be extended.

We aim to deliver on time, but delays due to external factors (weather, customs, etc.) may occur. If an order is refused and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct all return-related fees plus a NOK 300 handling fee.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We may cancel or refuse an order for the following reasons:

• Item(s) out of stock
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

We offer a 30-day return policy.

The return is paid by the customer and the package needs to be trackable. A return fee of 10% of the order will be deducted from the refund.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if items are in unused condition, with original packaging and documentation intact. Custom-made orders are not possible to return.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ERRORS

We continuously update our product range. Despite our best efforts, some items may be incorrectly priced, described, or temporarily unavailable. We reserve the right to update information or correct errors without prior notice.

PROMOTIONS

Promotions may have separate terms and conditions. In case of any conflict, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

VINTAGE CONDITION

Our Murano chandeliers are partially vintage and may display natural signs of age and use as part of their unique character. This is expected with vintage pieces and contributes to their authenticity and charm. Astra Studio cannot be held responsible for minor cosmetic variations or slight functional deviations that may occur. These are not considered defects but rather a reflection of the piece’s history and artisanal nature.
