We aim to deliver on time, but delays due to external factors (weather, customs, etc.) may occur. If an order is refused and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct all return-related fees plus a NOK 300 handling fee.

VAT & TAXES

For all orders within Norway and the EU, the price you see includes customs duties, VAT and taxes – no hidden fees, no surprises.

For international orders outside of the EU and Norway, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or taxes.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We may cancel or refuse an order for the following reasons:

• Item(s) out of stock
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

We offer a 30-day return policy.

The return is paid by the customer and a return fee of 10% of the order will be deducted from the refund. Contact info@astrastudio.no if you want to return a product or have any questions.

We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt as proof of return.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if items are in unused condition, with original packaging and documentation intact. Custom-made orders are not possible to return.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method.
