Longchamp French Oyster Serving Platter

French vintage large oyster serving dish, made by the famous Faience designers Longchamp in the 1960s. An elegant but very versatile serving dish in ivory, perfect for serving oysters, but also other dishes such as tapas and starters with elegance and classic charm.

This classic French design from the 1960s exudes timeless sophistication with its beautiful glossy finish. Marked with "Longchamp" on the underside.

The color of the dish is subtle and varies slightly due to the glazing process, which only enhances the dish's unique character. Decorated with a braided pattern in the middle for lemon halves, it shows some cracking in the glaze, but no significant marks or stains.

Locally purchased from a market in Bordeaux.
