Move & Create: Christmas Edition

Treat your body and mind to an all-levels Pilates session followed by a meditation, and enjoy some healthy snacks while we craft our own everlasting artificial flower bouquets.

Here’s what’s included:

• 50-minute all-levels Pilates class to sculpt our bodies
• Meditation to calm our minds
• Create your own everlasting flower bouquet (4 flowers included)
