About Christian Bruun
Christian Bruun's career as a craftsman began early when, at the age of 8, he developed a passion for working with clay on the potter's wheel while being cared for by a ceramicist after school.

Ceramics later opened doors to workshops all over the world, from the USA, through Norway, to several countries in Asia, where he, through collaborations with skilled local artisans, drew new inspiration and further honed his skills beyond his education from the Danish Design School.

Today, Christian Bruun is best known for his large Earth Unika pots, but many also recognize him for the fine, transparent porcelain cups in the Venus series, which he has always worked on concurrently.
